Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
